My Story

Let me tell you a little bit about myself so you know who will be by your side on your journey. I was always the chubby kid up until high school. I remember being very insecure and ashamed about my body. When I got into high school, I started working out religiously and eating a healthy diet. Now by no means did I really know what I was doing in the beginning but that wasn't important. What was important was that I had taken that first step towards achieving my goals. If I had never taken that first step, who knows where I'd be today. However, throughout the years I've learned so much more through research and through my own trial and error. Experience really is the best teacher. I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach because I wanted to help people reach their fitness goals without going through all the trouble and headache I did. So, I've been there before. Confused, frustrated and lost. My hope is that with this program, you transform your body and learn the principles of what it means to live a healthier lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
